I have been out of the game for quite a few years. I used to do really well with SEO back in the day when link exchanging was king. Im having trouble finding a way to build links with all these new "rules" Keep in mind I am trying to keep this site as white hat as possible, nuttin wrong with a lil grey thrown in, but I wanna keep this a long term project

So it seems fresh content and articles is a popular way to gain links. I have had 10 unique articles written for my new diet website. I plan on adding one every 5 days from here on out to make it look natural.

My question is, how do i build links off these unique articles? I dont think i really understand the meat and potatoes of article marketing.

So far whenever I add an article to my site I also add it to digg. Is this ok? What other sites should i submit my article to to build links? Is there such a thing as overkill when submitting the same article to multiple places? Any help is greatly appreciated.
