Hello everyone,

I have been out of the game for quite a few years. I used to do really well with SEO back in the day when link exchanging was king. Im having trouble finding a way to build links with all these new "rules" Keep in mind I am trying to keep this site as white hat as possible, nuttin wrong with a lil grey thrown in, but I wanna keep this a long term project

So it seems fresh content and articles is a popular way to gain links. I have had 10 unique articles written for my new diet website. I plan on adding one every 5 days from here on out to make it look natural.

My question is, how do i build links off these unique articles? I dont think i really understand the meat and potatoes of article marketing.

So far whenever I add an article to my site I also add it to digg. Is this ok? What other sites should i submit my article to to build links? Is there such a thing as overkill when submitting the same article to multiple places? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi guys,

On the last PR Update one of my sites got PR5. I'm really happy about it, but I have no idea why it happened.
The domain was an expired PR3 when I bought it, and after about a month of just hanging with no content, and no new incoming links, Google gave it PR5.

Right now - Yahoo shows 9 incoming links - 1 PR4, 3 PR3, and one link from local.yahoo.com

It's clear to me (though the PR prediction tools - are showing PR6) the the PR will drop on the next update, so I've got little time to do something.
What are my options for monetizing a site like this?

Well actually I know how to get fake hits and do well getting proxies for them, but they are blank referrers and I'd like to have some that actually show like referred from google. And I can only get IPs to show up in the logs. Is there any way to get the user agents there too? I think that is what I am looking for. I am not too good at explaining.
